Saving your tour keepsake

During a live tour you can take photos and record short videos from the visitor screen. Tap Download tour to save everything as a single HTML keepsake you can open offline or send to friends.

Videos inside the keepsake

By default your clips are embedded inside the keepsake file, so tapping a video plays it right there — on your phone and on any phone you send the file to. The checkbox under the download button shows how many videos will be included and the approximate file size. Uncheck it if you want a small file that's quick to share over chat.

If a clip is too large to fit, its thumbnail shows a Choose video file button instead. Tap it, pick the clip from your Downloads folder, and it plays inline. Browsers can't reach files on your phone by themselves, which is why you have to point at the file once. Anyone else who opens the shared file will see a note that the clip is only available from the sender.

Can't find the downloaded file?

Photos and videos usually save fine while the keepsake file seems to vanish. That is almost always the browser, not your phone settings:

• In-app browsers block it. If you opened the tour link from inside WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook or Line, that built-in browser often discards HTML downloads silently.
• Use Share keepsake. After downloading, a panel appears with a Share keepsake button — it opens your phone's share sheet so you can save the file to Files/Drive or send it to yourself. This works even where downloading fails.
• Or open it in Chrome/Safari. Use the "Open in browser" option in the app you came from, then download again.
• Check the Downloads folder, not the gallery — HTML files never show up in Photos.
